Trevet is a San Diego based A-E and professional services company focused on providing environmental solutions within the Department of Defense (DOD) marketplace. We are looking for a highly motivated Environmental Project Manager to join our San Diego, CA office team. The ideal candidate works and communicates well within a project team environment, follows plans and directions, clearly disseminates instructions to others, and possesses good organizational skills.

Responsibilities include directing field and technical work associated with a wide range of environmental characterization and compliance projects. Significant experience developing and analyzing environmental data and information and writing technical reports including work plans, sampling and analysis plans, and remedial investigation plans is critical to the success of the selected Project Manager.

Duties include working with project staff, conducting fieldwork, and supporting environmental investigations. Fieldwork may include, but is not limited to, monitoring well installation, soil logging, and soil and groundwater sampling. Project management will include, but is not limited to, developing and monitoring project costs and schedules; mentoring junior technical staff in report preparation and other project planning and documentation activities, coordinating work with subcontractors; and complying with health and safety procedures as well as regulatory requirements.

The ideal, qualified individual will have as a minimum:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or science
• Eight to 15 years of experience in the DoD environmental service marketplace
• Professional registration or licensing in the appropriate discipline is highly desirable
