Trevet-NOREAS JV Awarded NAVFAC Northwest SB A-E Contract for Environmental Restoration Projects
San Diego, California, July 17, 2026 — The Trevet-NOREAS Joint Venture (JV) has been awarded the $45 million, 5-year Architect Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for Environmental Restoration Projects at various locations within NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility and other areas within the United States. Projects will focus on CERCLA and RCRA investigations, studies, and other related activities as well as compliance, planning, studies, and natural resources restoration.
The NAVFAC Northwest SB A-E environmental restoration contract is the second Navy A-E award to the Trevet-NOREAS JV, leveraging experience gained from a 2023 NAVFAC Southwest $95 million, 5-year A-E environmental engineering and scientific services contract supporting CERCLA/RCRA investigations and other environmental restoration activities and expanding the JV’s Navy support to the entire West Coast.
The Trevet-NOREAS JV is supported by team subcontractors EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group. Both firms bring NAVFAC experience across the region.
NAVFAC Northwest work is expected to be performed primarily in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, and at other U.S. NAVFAC installations.
